Our Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase or order Gift basket at www.benjaminaarts.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service email address – order@benjaminaarts.com

Shipping & Delivery Costs

We aim at processing and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • For deliveries in the area of Gatineau and Ottawa: 2-4 working days, unless we are exceptionally out of stock and we will let you know about the same in advance.
  • For deliveries in rest of Canada: 7 – 10 working days, unless we are exceptionally out of stock and we will let you know about the same in advance.
  • For deliveries in International: Approximately 7 to 10 or more working days, unless we are exceptionally out of stock and we will let you know about the same in advance.

Shipping & Delivery Cost: CAD $10 charge for delivery per item is applied.

  • Delivery costs across Canada might be subject to an extra fee by the shipping company.
  • Some of our baskets can be shipped to the United States or to another country. The shipping cost depends on the city of the country you are sending. Contact us for more information with the destination address.
  • Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you while placing the order. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require to deliver at multiple destinations.
  • If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
  • On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification proof
  • You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 11 AM Monday to Friday are processed and delivered the next day, all orders placed after will be delivered the next 1 to 2 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

For timely delivery on Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays, please make sure to place your orders early to avoid any inconvenience or delay.

Additional delivery charges will be applied for incorrect addresses that need redelivery. Please note that incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.

Once the order has been shipped from our business location cannot be canceled. New shipping charges will apply to process returned orders.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. *Currently we deliver or ship gifts & products, in Canada.
